The Archdiocesan Council functions as the advisory and consultative body to the Archbishop and to the Eparchial Synod, and is concerned with the Archdiocesan ministries, institutions, and financial affairs of the Holy Archdiocese of America in between biennial Clergy Laity Congresses.
